Write to hello@doslara.com and a person reads it. Before you do, these are the three things people ask most, answered in full.

Moving your record to a new device

Doslara has no server, so the copy you make is the copy that moves. Do it before you give the old device away.

On the old device: Settings, then Switch device, then Save a copy of everything. Put the file somewhere you control, such as Files, iCloud Drive, or an email to yourself.

On the new device: Settings, then Switch device, then Open a saved copy. Anything already on the new device is kept, entries from the file are added, and anything it has twice is skipped.

If you have Doslara Plus and turned on iCloud sync, your own iCloud moves the record between your devices for you and no file is needed.

Reminders are not arriving

Doslara shows a banner on the home screen when reminders cannot be delivered, so if you see one, that is why.

iOS only asks once. If you declined, the only way back is Settings on your device, then Doslara, then Notifications. Turning them on there is enough; Doslara reschedules by itself the next time you open it.

Reminders are scheduled on your device, so they work with no signal and no account.

Deleting everything

Deleting the app from your device deletes the record with it. There is no copy on our side to ask us about, because there is no account and no server.

If you turned on iCloud sync, the copy in your own iCloud is removed through your Apple account in the usual way.

Subscriptions, refunds and restoring

Doslara Plus is sold by Apple, so billing, cancellation and refunds are handled in your Apple account rather than by us. On your device: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.

If you have paid and the paid features are not showing, open Settings inside Doslara and tap Restore purchases.

Cancelling keeps everything in the free tier: the dose log, the reminders, the site map, the weight log, the side effect log and the full export. Nothing you logged is taken away or hidden.

Still stuck

hello@doslara.com. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and the version from Settings if you have it.

Doslara does not give medical advice and we cannot answer questions about your treatment. For anything about the dose itself, ask your prescriber.
