Privacy

Your medication, every dose, every weigh-in and every side effect you record are stored in the app's own storage on your device. They are included in your device's own encrypted backup, which is yours and not ours.

We do not receive them. There is no Doslara account, no sign-up, no email address and no password, so there is nothing for us to hold.

Nobody. We have no server that receives health data, no analytics, no advertising identifier and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Doslara talks to Apple's App Store, and to nothing else. That happens when the app checks whether you have a Doslara Plus subscription, and when you buy or restore one.

Those requests go to Apple, under Apple's privacy policy. They tell Apple that a subscription was checked; they carry none of your health data, because the app never sends it anywhere.

If you turn it on, Doslara writes your weigh-ins and the side effects you record into Apple Health, and can read your weight back from it.

This is off until you turn it on, iOS asks you for each data type separately, and you can withdraw it at any time in Apple Health. Apple Health data stays on your device under Apple's control; it does not reach us.

Doslara never requests the medication data types in Apple Health, by design.

If you turn it on, your record syncs between your own devices through your own iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit private database.

That is your iCloud, not ours. We cannot read it. It is off until you turn it on, and turning it off stops the syncing.

Both are produced on your device. The PDF summary and the full export are written locally and handed to the iOS share sheet, so you decide where they go.

Nothing is uploaded in order to create either of them.

Injection reminders are scheduled on your device by iOS. No reminder is sent from a server, and we are not told whether one was delivered or opened.

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or erase on request. The data is in your hands: the app can export all of it at any time, and deleting the app deletes it from the device.

If you turned on iCloud sync, the copy in your iCloud is removed through your Apple account in the usual way.

Health data is a special category under Article 9 GDPR. Keeping it on your device and off our infrastructure is the reason the app is built the way it is.

Doslara is not directed at children and we knowingly collect nothing from anyone, at any age.

If a future version of the app sends anything anywhere, this page changes in the same release and the date at the top changes with it.
